Welcome to AdLabs India. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These terms govern the relationship between AdLabs India ("we", "our", "the Agency") and you ("Client", "you"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
AdLabs India provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:
The specific scope of services for each client will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or proposal document shared before work begins.
Payment terms are as follows:
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. GST will be charged at the prevailing rate where applicable.
For us to deliver the best results, clients are expected to:
AdLabs India is not responsible for delays caused by a lack of timely client inputs or approvals.
Upon full payment of all outstanding fees, AdLabs India grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the creatives, ad copies, and other deliverables produced specifically for your campaigns.
Any templates, tools, processes, or methodologies used by AdLabs India remain our intellectual property and may not be replicated, resold, or shared without our written permission.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any business information, strategies, pricing, or client data shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues for a period of 2 years after the conclusion of services.
AdLabs India will not share your business data, campaign performance, or personal information with any third party other than the platforms and tools required to deliver the service (e.g. Google, Meta).
While we are committed to achieving the best possible results for your campaigns, AdLabs India cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a fixed number of leads, a specific ROAS, or particular search rankings. Digital advertising results depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, competition, and ad platform algorithms.
Either party may terminate the services with 15 days' written notice. Upon termination:
AdLabs India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for changes made to ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) that affect campaign delivery, reach, or costs beyond our control.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
